Many people here probably know me mainly through yoga over the past 11 years, but before that my path into healing and wellbeing began through Painting, Reiki, Aura-Soma, and a deep interest in understanding myself through astrology, numerology and human design.
At one point I also worked part-time in interior design going back to study after having my first two children..in fact I’ve always been fascinated by interiors, design, colour, atmosphere, and the energetic impact of our environments.
What I’ve known, whether through my healing work, yoga, design, or creativity, is that most people already know more than they think they do.
Often they already know what they like, what feels good, what supports them, what drains them… they just need guidance, reflection, or permission to trust it.
Over the years I’ve become increasingly interested in cycles, patterns, energy, embodiment, nervous system awareness, and understanding how everything is connected.
After recently completing a foundation course in Human Design, I’ve been exploring these themes even more deeply and one aspect that’s really interesting is understanding ourselves through the lens of environment and energetic alignment.
So I’ve decided to create a new online masterclass to explore these subjects in a grounded, practical, and reflective way.
This is something a little new for me and also a way of testing interest in a deeper body of work I may develop further into a 5-week course in the autumn.
The masterclass launches this Friday, so keep an eye on your emails and on here for more details.
I’m really excited to begin sharing this next chapter of my work xx

Lately in my own practice I’ve been exploring slower, more embodied ways of moving, becoming more intentional with breath, sensation and awareness, and allowing movement to arise in a less linear way than a typical vinyasa flow.
I’ve been drawn to practices that invite the body to soften, release and regulate through gentle repetition, intuitive movement, grounding and rest, rather than constantly moving from one shape to the next.
This workshop is inspired by that exploration and offers space to slow down, reconnect and experience movement in a more mindful and nourishing way.
We’ll explore breathwork, gentle embodied movement, grounding practices, tapping and deep rest in a supportive and accessible way.
Join me this Saturday at the Yoga Lounge Raheny from 3–4.30pm if this feels like something your body and nervous system might need right now

The Reset-An Embodied Journey is an invitation to pause, breathe, soften held tension and reconnect with yourself in a more conscious way.
This is not a strong yoga flow class or about “getting it right”. Instead we’ll explore gentle embodied movement, breathwork, tapping, grounding practices and deep rest , creating space to regulate the nervous system and simply notice what’s present.
While I weave elements of this into my regular classes, this workshop allows us to go a little deeper and move at a slower, more intentional pace.
It feels especially timely with the energy of the recent Ta**us New Moon a moment to reset, reconnect and return to what truly nourishes us.

I’ve always found astrology most powerful in hindsight.
Not necessarily as a way to predict exactly what will happen, but as a way of recognising patterns, themes, growth, loss, healing, change, and the deeper cycles unfolding underneath our lives.
Sometimes we can’t fully understand a transit while we’re inside it. But looking back years later and seeing how accurately those themes played out can feel incredibly profound.
Lately I’ve been reflecting on Chiron moving through Aries since 2018, and how deeply the themes of service, healing, identity, community, burnout, and realignment have shaped my life during that time.
It’s fascinating to see it all more clearly now from the other side.
