I teach Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Baby & Me play sessions all year round in Embody Fitness so you can learn, have fun, interact and socialise with other parents ♡ I teach Baby Massage (suitable for babies from 4 weeks to pre-crawlers), and Baby Yoga ( suitable for babies from 12 weeks to active crawlers), All classes include tea/coffee and chat time for parents so they are very sociable for you
