People often talk about the physical benefits of training 💪 getting stronger, fitter or healthier, but one of the biggest changes we see at Funktion is how much better people feel mentally after a session 🧠✨

This Saturday is a big one. It’s Kev’s last class before he heads off on his very casual 800+ mile run 😅🏃♂️
