What we’re focusing on:

💥Developing explosive power (Hello 👋 Box Jumps)
💥Learning how to pace yourself when it gets tough
What you’ll notice:
❤️You’ll feel stronger for longer
❤️Your confidence will grow across all movements
❤️You’ll handle higher reps without burning out
❤️Your power and consistency will improve
