Velocity kickboxing Velocity kickboxing is a non profit community fitness & kickboxing team.Great fun & laughs while we monday & wednesdays 7.30pm general kickboxing.

current classes are mondays wednesdays 6.30pm beginners kickboxing. teusday & thursday 5.30pm boxing. friday 6.30pm strength and conditioning. wednesday and friday 4pm kids kickboxing. Tuesday and Thursday 12pm kickboxing blast. private lessons, 1 on 1 personal training also available by appointment. group training sessions available by appointment.

Hi everyone 👋
Velocity kickboxing are looking at running a free Muay Thai class for teen girls with a female coach and also a free class for kids aged 5yrs-12yrs both boys & girls 😎

To get funding to make this possible we are going to require some video submissions from both kids aged 5yrs-12yrs who would like to attend and teen girls who would like to have a girls only program.

We only have until this Saturday to get some videos to present so if your keen be fast⚡️😆
If your a parent of an interested child or teen or an interested teen yourself please send us a short video of the teen or child expressing interest in participating telling us why they would like to be involved 🙌
