Men’s Health Awareness Week 💙
When I reflect on the evolution of SKULPT, one of the greatest gifts has been witnessing the men who have chosen to walk through our doors.
It wasn’t something I anticipated in the beginning.
Yet over the years, I’ve had the privilege of watching men from all walks of life step into a space that many would never have imagined was for them. Men who spend their days building businesses, leading teams, providing for their families, carrying responsibilities, solving problems, and often placing themselves at the very bottom of their own priority list.
And still, they showed up.
What moves me most is not the physical transformation. It’s not the improved mobility, the strength gained, or the aches that have eased.
It’s the quiet commitment.
The decision to invest in themselves when no one is asking them to.
The decision to protect their future health before they are forced to.
The decision to recognise that they, too, are worthy of care.
There is something profoundly powerful about a man who understands that looking after his health is not a sign of weakness, but one of wisdom.
Because the truth is, health is the foundation upon which everything else is built.
The businesses.
The careers.
The homes.
The dreams.
The people who depend on us.
Without our health, so much of what we work tirelessly to create becomes difficult to fully enjoy.
To the incredible men of SKULPT, thank you.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey.
Thank you for showing up with humility, determination, humour and heart.
You have challenged perceptions. You have embraced discomfort. You have committed to becoming stronger, not only physically, but in the way you move through life.
Watching that unfold has been one of the most meaningful parts of this journey for me.
My heart is full of admiration for each of you.
This Men’s Health Awareness Week, my hope is simple:
May more men understand that caring for their health is not something to be done when there is time left over.
It is the very thing that allows them to keep showing up for the life they love.

JUMPING for NOVA 🤍
On Saturday the 6th of June, we’ll be hosting a very special Jumpboard Fundraiser at SKULPT to help raise funds for beautiful little Nova.
With Grace’s permission (which took a little convincing 🥹), we wanted to create a way our community could give back to a family who quietly gives so much every single day.
Nova has an incredibly rare condition called ichthyosis, and the daily care, treatments and supplies needed to support her come at a significant ongoing cost to Grace and her family. This is our small way of wrapping our arms around them.
Whether you’re a long-standing member, completely new to Pilates, or someone who’s been sitting on the fence waiting for a sign… this is it 🤍
Every single dollar raised will go directly to Nova.
$20 per class
6AM | 7AM | 8AM
Bookings via the link in our bio
A minimum of 4 people per class is required for the class to go ahead, not only to make the fundraiser worthwhile, but because let’s be honest… the energy hits differently when the room is full of beautiful humans jumping together 🙌
PLUS , I’ll also be giving away 3 x 5-class concessions to three lucky attendees 🫶
Let’s fill the studio with good energy, sweaty smiles and a whole lot of love for Nova.
Come move for something bigger than yourself 🤍
T&C’s apply - Cancellation cut off 48hrs before class and no refunds apply. 🫶

Tomorrow is December 1.
Thirty one days left to rewrite how this year ends and set the tone for how the next one begins.
This is the point where motivation fades.
Where the novelty wears off.
Where the excuses get louder.
But this is where discipline steps in.
This is where you decide who you are becoming.
Your health is the one thing you cannot outsource, replace, refund or re order.
You only get one body, one mind, one chance to live inside it with strength and confidence.
So ask yourself, how much does your health actually matter to you?
And honestly, can you put a price on feeling good, moving well and waking up proud of yourself?
The finish line is in sight.
Most people slow down now.
But you rise. You lock in. You build momentum when others break.
End this year strong.
Start next year even stronger.
Discipline is your superpower. Use it.
