I’m so grateful for women like Melanie who continue to trust me to hold space for them on this journey 🤍

There’s something deeply meaningful about where we can , honor ourselves and one another, and come a little closer to our own spirit.

Hearing that that women leave my retreats feeling a balance of challenge, healthy, replenished and intentional is a beautiful reminder see of why I do this work.

Calling all my ladies who are craving a little escape✨

…who feel the pull to slow down, reconnect, and step out of the day-to-day rhythm for a few sacred days.

…who want to move their bodies, soak up the sun, laugh deeply, and feel held in a space that’s both grounding and expansive.

…who are ready to fill their own cup—without guilt 💕

This August, I’m hosting a women’s retreat at the Ekumal Sanctuary Eco-Resort 💃🏼

Like all my retreats, it’s designed to be equal parts nourishing and playful. Think flowing through vinyasa and melting into yin, all at your own pace…drifting into deep relaxation with light and sound healing…dropping into presence through guided meditations—whether seated, walking, or even over a mindful meal.

We’ll soak up long, sun-drenched afternoons by the pool, indulge in spa treatments, and step into the magic of a crystal-clear cenote 💦

We’ll gather for ceremony under the stars with fire & cacao, plus release and renew in a traditional temazcal led by a local shaman 🔥

There will be time to wander the beauty of Akumal Beach, explore local shops, and dress up for a celebratory dinner out—because joy and play are just as important as rest.

You don’t need to be an “advanced yogi.” You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just have to feel the nudge.

The howler monkey is the loudest land animal, apparently due to its hollow hyoid bone.

We got to experience the awe inspiring feeling of being woken by these small beasts in the jungles of last year, and finally got a glimpse of them hanging high up in the trees on our final day (sorry not pictured) 🙈

We also all agreed the night hike was EVERYTHING, seeing our world in a different lens 📸 and encouraged to remain hushed so that the animals actually peeked out 👀…a group of women sure does stay chattery 🤪

And let’s not forget about our baby sloth friend who hung out in the same tree every day, and we even got to witness his switch with mama sloth 🦥🌳

Or the tiny snake we saw on our day hike that blended perfectly into the tree’s branch 😳

I wonder what creatures will be inspiring us most this August in 🐢🐒🦎
