Find your zen in our guided Stretch, Breathe, Meditate workshop every Sunday in August at 5:30 pm at ACAC Downtown to learn somatic and breathing practices for a calm, restored state.

Meditation can unlock your creative flow and connect you more deeply with yourself, others, and the world around you. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners!
