Classes are officially starting next Saturday at Coalition! 💪🏼

We’re locking in our class schedule now, so we want to hear from you. If there’s a class time you’d love to see, drop it in the comments or send us a DM. We want to build the schedule around what actually works for our community!

And just to be clear — nothing else at Coalition is changing. Your gym, memberships, open gym access, and everything you already love about Coalition stays the same.

We’re simply adding small group training as another opportunity for you to get a great workout in, train with other people, push yourself a little harder, and continue growing the Coalition community.

🚨 COALITION GROUP TRAINING IS COMING THIS OCTOBER 🚨

And we’re doing things a little differently around here.

Brittany Phelps will be leading Coalition Group Training writing the programming, coaching the classes and bringing her strength + high-performance style of training to Coalition.

If you’ve taken Britt’s classes before… you already know what to expect. If you haven’t, get ready.

This isn’t your typical group fitness class.

Think of it like your own gym session the workout is programmed for you, and Brit is there to teach the movements, coach your form, help with weights and modifications, and push you to progress.

You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at Coalition, and over the next several weeks, we’ll be sharing some exciting new options for both current and new members. We’re not ready to give away all the details just yet, but we think you’re going to be pretty excited about what’s ahead.

More than anything, we truly appreciate each and every one of you and the continued support you’ve shown Coalition. This community is what makes this place what it is, and we’re excited to keep building on that together.

This is the beginning of a new chapter for Coalition, and there’s a lot to look forward to.

Stay tuned. More announcements are coming soon, and we’re just getting started.
