URGENT ATTENTION
Due to a water main break in our neighbors parking lot, Coalition will be forced to close for the rest of the day today.
Without water, we cannot have the bathrooms in operation. Without working bathrooms, we cannot be open.
We will be closed from noon (12pm) on Monday, 8/10 until Tuesday morning. We will reopen Tuesday morning for personal training and regular business.

They said the cable tower pin was unmovable. That it had claimed better men. That some things simply aren’t meant for us.
Today, one man proved them wrong.

New equipment added to the floor!
Was able to find and snag a Paramount PL2100 seated leg curl. In my opinion this is a super slept on machine, the range of motion and feel on it is pretty excellent. It only has a 170lb weight stack so this is definitely a machine that will require more reps than our Magnum leg curl, but it’s a significant from the Nautilus Nitro that will be leaving soon.

This is one of my personal favorite chest pieces, it’s not super heavy but the movement just feels so good. This is a Gen 1 piece, which you can tell by the shape of the handles and lack of a range limiter, which can make it a little tougher to get into, but the range of motion is excellent.

First ever replacement?!?!?!
You already know if I’m replacing a piece of equipment it’s gonna be worthwhile. Well, I think I may have found a weird claim to fame, this Gen 1 Icarian smith machine might be one of the only Icarian smiths to have full ROM.
This machine is near 50 years old and still feels and moves great. Going to be a great addition for RDLs, hip thrusts and more!
