Weightlifting is his thing.
The focus. The effort. The payoff.
You can catch Shane working rep after rep, just getting better at his weightlifting! Showing up and putting in the work most afternoons.

Weâre still here. Day in and day out.
This isnât a New Yearâs resolution â itâs a solution. One might even say itâs a solution to the worldâs most vexing problem. đ
A solution to feeling run down, out of shape, not like yourself. Healing chronic disease AND healing loneliness.
Itâs not flashy. Itâs showing up when you donât feel like it. Itâs doing the work anyway and building an incredible network of beloved friends while youâre at it.
No big moment. No âafterâ picture.
Just stacking days and friendships.
Thatâs it. Thatâs the whole thing.

Doing it the right way so he can keep doing it.
Kevin has been a staple in our evening classes for years. His drive to do movements correctly, modify appropriately and ask clarifying questions is going to keep him healthy and strong for years to come!
