We don’t just give you random workouts for no reason. Instead we give you a PROGRAM to follow that helps you get stronger overtime. All the while you’re able to show up to an ego free space where people are excited to see and train with you.

Is strength training important for everyone?

YES!
_
Not only is it important in my mind, it’s necessary for everyone that wants to live a long and healthy life.
_
But oftentimes there are stigmas around strength training.
_
Beliefs that it’s only for certain people based on age, gender or goals.
_
But the reality is that it has no limitations. If you’re a human, you should do it.
_
And maybe not for the reasons you think.
_
