What a wonderful evening with friends, family, and delicious food last night at our going-away dinner for Coach Nathan & Francesca. Coach Nathan has accepted a job in Minnesota and will be leaving in July. Nathan has been the head coach for almost exactly a year now and has been nothing short of exceptional. His leadership and calm approach to coaching and teaching others is an asset that most don’t have but is greatly appreciated.

Francesca is a staple in the 6:30 p.m. class that’s known for: training, dancing, singing, and being all around goof balls. Your crew is going to miss you!

You’re Mensch family for life!

HUGE NEWS: We’re excited to announce 3 new coaches: Caleb, John, and Dawson joining the Mensch coaching team.

Caleb and his mustache have their L2 and they coached their first class Friday. Those that were able to attend can attest, he is a great addition to the team and brings that Caleb appeal as usual.

John is a cadet in ROTC and part of the Razorback Rangers. He's been leading cadets for the past couple years while building and growing his skills in CrossFit and fitness. You may remember him from Basement Brawl when he absolutely destroyed the Echo Bike event which, ultimately, put him and Myah on the podium.

Dawson is the quiet, yet dominant force and a complete beast. Got a comp? Dawson's in. Heavy lift? No problem. Dawson is THE guy!

John & Dawson are in our Mensch Coaching Mentorship program with Coach Nathan & Coach Mike B and will be coaching starting in July!

America’s Biggest Birthday is in a month, and to celebrate, we are doing a special “America 250” preorder. We will have COMFORT COLORS BLEND again since it was so popular with the last order.

This preorder starts tomorrow and will close on 6/21 so that we will have our shirts in time for Mensch’s July 4th, Saturday Team 1776 WOD.

What an awesome day CrossFit Activate competing in the Hyrox Half Sim. Our athletes showed up to their FIRST Hyrox Race and ended up taking 4 PODIUM SPOTS!!! It was so much fun cheering on all the athletes!

Memorial Day is less than 3 weeks away. Everyone is welcome to join us as we come together to do “Murph” to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who died while serving in the United Armed Forces.

We will start at 8:30 a.m., followed by a cookout! Mensch is providing hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, fruits, cold beer, and Tajín for the watermelon.
