Memorial Day at Commence 🇺🇸

There’s something special about starting your Memorial Day surrounded by community, pushing yourself alongside people you love, and honoring those who gave everything for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

Join us Monday, May 25th for Murph:
🏃‍♂️ 1 Mile Run
💪 100 Pull-Ups
🔥 200 Push-Ups
🦵 300 Air Squats
🏃‍♀️ 1 Mile Run

Whether you’re doing the workout RX, partitioned, scaled, or simply coming to support — all are welcome. Bring your friends, family, and kids and come experience Commence at its finest.

First heat kicks off at 8AM
Second (scaled/partitioned) heat around 8:30AM
🌭 Hamburgers & hot dogs provided after — bring your favorite side!

Each runner will receive a mini American flag to carry and place in the grass in honor of Lt. Michael “Murph” Murphy and all the fallen heroes we remember this Memorial Day.

We can’t wait to celebrate, sweat, remember, and be together. 🇺🇸
