My job isn’t to let you do the same thing forever, it’s to push you past what you think your limits are. Progress comes from challenging yourself, and sometimes that means grabbing the heavier dumbbells. 🏋️‍♀️

If I was starting over, I’d stop looking for the perfect workout, perfect diet, & perfect time to begin. 🏋️‍♀️

I’d focus on the basics:

Lift weights
Eat more protein
Walk daily
Stay consistent

The women who get the best results aren’t the ones who do everything perfectly. They’re the ones who keep showing up over time.

Strength training is about SO much more than aesthetics. 🤸

Yes, building muscle can help you feel more confident in your body, which GREAT! But, it also helps support your health long term too.

As women age, maintaining muscle mass and bone density becomes even more important. Strength training is one of the BEST things you can do for your body now and your future self later.

Stop waiting for the “perfect time” to start. Your future self will thank you for it. 🏋️‍♀️
