has been a part of for 3 weeks. We’ve only touched a trainer bar one other time.

We’ve been drilling positions with PVC twice a week for 3 weeks.

Today was his first power sn**ch at 35 lbs. If you drill positions correctly and often with beginners. The rest will take care of itself.

showing a vast improvement in full extension and active shoulders in his power sn**ch + overhead squat.

This is his top set at 105 #. His 90%.

His biggest cues were to continue to push through his legs by squeezing his quads at the top of extension. Then, to continue to press up into the bar during his overhead squat to maintain a good overhead position.
