Fitness is important, but it shouldn’t become your identity❌

A missed lift, a slower time, or a bad workout does not define your worth as a person. The gym is meant to improve your life, not consume it🤔

At CrossFit Collective, we believe fitness should help you become healthier, more confident, less stressed, and more capable for the people and responsibilities outside the gym walls!

It should give you energy for your family, resilience for hard seasons of life, and confidence to take on challenges. Some days you’ll PR, some days you’ll struggle, and both are completely okay🙌

Keep showing up, keep perspective, and remember that training is a privilege and a tool for a better life, not the entire purpose of it🖤💛

At CFC, our coaches don’t just stand on the sidelines telling people what to do… They live it🤝

They jump into classes, suffer through workouts alongside members, and lead by example every single day🙌

There’s something powerful about sweating next to the people coaching you. It builds trust, connection, and a culture where everyone is in it together!

We’re not asking our members to do anything we wouldn’t do ourselves✅

This Saturday at 10:00AM, we’ll be doing our annual all-out gym deep clean, and we’d love any extra help from our community! 🧼💪

Once a year, we take the time to completely reset and refresh the gym from top to bottom so we can continue providing the best possible training environment for everyone.

What does that include?

• Every piece of equipment will be taken out and cleaned
• All floor mats will be removed and power washed
• Tape lines throughout the gym will be completely re-done
• Deep cleaning throughout the entire facility

This is a big project, but the more volunteers we have, the quicker and smoother the process will go.

As much as we’d like to have any kiddos help, there’s a lot of heavy equipment, so we can to please keep the kids at home if you plan to help!

Even if you can only stop by for a little bit, any help is greatly appreciated!

We’re incredibly thankful for this community and the people inside these walls. Your support, energy, and willingness to help make CFC what it is! 🖤💛

Also… stay tuned 👀 We’ve got some exciting new gym additions and updates coming over the next few months!

Gym dogs just make everything better🐾💛

Whether they’re greeting members at the door, laying by the rig during class, or wandering around looking for attention between sets, they somehow become part of the community too.

In the middle of hard workouts and stressful days, having dogs around the gym brings an extra level of energy, comfort, and happiness that people genuinely look forward to🙌

Her journey has been incredible to watch, from training throughout her entire pregnancy with twins to bouncing back while nursing two kids at once 😳 Michelle continues to prove what strength, discipline, and resilience truly look like. We’re beyond proud to have her as part of the CFC family!

At CrossFit Collective, every class is coach-led for a reason🤔

CrossFit was built around coaching, accountability, and movement quality… not just showing up and working out on your own🙌

Every class is designed to give you structure, purpose, and guidance from experienced coaches who are there to help you move better, train smarter, and push safely✅

A coach-led class means:

• Real-time feedback on movement and technique
• Proper scaling and modifications for your fitness level
• Accountability and motivation when workouts get hard
• Safer training and better long-term progress
• A community environment where nobody trains alone

Whether it’s your first class or your 1,000th, having coaches who know when to push you and when to pull you back makes all the difference💪🏻

Your core is involved in almost every movement you do inside and outside the gym🤔

Front squats, deadlifts, cleans, running, pull-ups, carrying groceries, picking up your kids… it all starts with a strong and stable core!

A properly trained core does more than help you lift heavier weight. It creates stability through your trunk, protects your spine, improves posture, and helps transfer power efficiently through every movement pattern💪🏻

One of the most common daily aches people deal with is lower back pain, and many times it comes from a weak or improperly trained core. When the core cannot stabilize correctly, the lower back is forced to take over and absorb stress it was never meant to handle alone🤝

At CrossFit Collective, we don’t train abs just for appearance…

We train the core to build resilient athletes, protect the body long term, and help you move better for life✅

🇺🇸Memorial Day Murph at CFC 🇺🇸

105 people showed up, put in the work, and honored something much bigger than themselves!

What an unbelievable turnout from this community🙌

“Murph” is one of the most meaningful workouts in CrossFit:

-1 Mile Run
-100 Pull-Ups
-200 Push-Ups
-300 Air Squats
-1 Mile Run

The workout is performed in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our country in Afghanistan. Every Memorial Day, CrossFit gyms around the world come together to remember and honor the fallen through effort, sacrifice, and community.

Today wasn’t about leaderboard times or who finished first. It was about showing up, pushing through hard moments together, and making sure nobody finished alone🇺🇸

Watching this community cheer for every last athlete, support one another through the pain, and stand side by side until the final person crossed the line is exactly what makes CFC special💪🏻

We aren’t just a gym…

We are a community💛🖤
