In this video, I demonstrate two simple Theraband-assisted techniques:

✅ Theraband attached from walker to the affected foot to assist swing phase

✅ Cross-body Theraband setup to help facilitate foot clearance and improve gait mechanics

These strategies can provide additional assistance during gait training while encouraging a more natural walking pattern.
