400 mile ride through the beautiful valleys of Loess Hills , Iowa. Then home for a lime ceviche salmon and ponzu infused hamachi nigiri delight. Under a hour with cooking rice and preparing/shaping fish. I think I might actually be getting good at this.😎

WE WILL HAVE CLASSES tomorrow at Lincoln Budokan

Due to potentially hazardous road conditions this afternoon, karate classes at Lincoln Budokan are cancelled tonight, Thursday, February 19th. Make-up classes will be held this Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, open to all ages and ranks. Please prioritize your safety and stay home.

NO KENDO this Wednesday February 11th.
KARATE CLASSES WILL STILL HELD 7 to 8pm

Due to sub-zero temperatures and unpredictable winds and snow we will not have Kendo or Karate classes this Saturday. All are welcome to attend kendo tonight Wednesday January 21st 5:30 to 6:55 and Karate from 7 to 8pm.
