There will be no kendo at Lincoln Budokan this Saturday the 27th. All of the instructors will be in Denver for the Rocky Mountain Budokan seminar.

Karate class is on for tonight, Wednesday 5/20 7-8pm.
No Kendo class.

400 mile ride through the beautiful valleys of Loess Hills , Iowa. Then home for a lime ceviche salmon and ponzu infused hamachi nigiri delight. Under a hour with cooking rice and preparing/shaping fish. I think I might actually be getting good at this.😎

WE WILL HAVE CLASSES tomorrow at Lincoln Budokan

Due to potentially hazardous road conditions this afternoon, karate classes at Lincoln Budokan are cancelled tonight, Thursday, February 19th. Make-up classes will be held this Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, open to all ages and ranks. Please prioritize your safety and stay home.

NO KENDO this Wednesday February 11th.
KARATE CLASSES WILL STILL HELD 7 to 8pm
