For those who served in the past, thank you for your sacrifice. For those currently serving we hope you are safe and thank you for your service. For those who will serve and are currently looking at recruitment or just enlisted, we also thank you for your consideration to serve.

2022 Kick or Treat

Happy Halloween Everybody! We do have classes tonight as well.
Bullying Awareness Month
Hey, these guys have higher belts now!

Did you know that Martial Arts reduces aggression in children and teens?
We know. It sounds weird. Fighting reduces aggression?
But It's true!
Martial Arts is founded on strong principles, the primary one being self-control.
In class students learn the importance of training without letting their emotions get the best of them. As coaches, we encourage the students to remain calm, take a step back, and try again.
Like Bruce Lee said, “emotion can be the enemy. If you give into your emotion, you lose yourself.”

⚠️ 28% of U.S. Students in Grades 6-12 Experienced Bullying
⚠️ 71% of Students Report Incidents of Bullying as a Problem at their School
⚠️ Over 3.2 Million Students are Victims of Bullying each year.
At Lincoln karate clinic our students:
🥋 Learn Self-Defense
🥋 Meet New Friends
🥋 Gain More Confidence
🥋 Learn how to End Verbal and Physical Bullying
And So Much More…

Someone sold one of our original sweatshirts on a vintage website. It says sold so someone bought it. I thought I was the only one with one of these left. 24 year anniversary this month and this shirt is 24 years old as well.
