Wednesday: 6-7 Open Class. 7-7:30 advanced
Thursday: 6-7 Open Class: 7-7:30 weapons
Friday: Closed
Saturday: 11:30-1 Open

We will be closed Labor Day.

Weapons Class Tonight:
Unarmed. Self Defense Focus.

Reminder: Closed Saturday for State Games Tournament. Athlete meeting at 9:30. Competition begins at 10:00.

Advanced Class: More Sparring…testing and tournament Prep. Lower Ranks welcome. 7-7:30.

Tournament sparring gear required:
Head gear, hand guards, foot guards, mouth guard.
Male sparring participants must wear a hard plastic groin cup.

Shin guards, face mask, chest guards optional.

Saturday Lesson Plan

Start with a work out (combative drills or stations)
Focus on Forms and Performance
Wrap with testing skills (one steps, etc)

We are still needing volunteers for timekeeping/scorekeeping. 0900-2pm. Volunteers receive free CSG shirt. Lunch also provided.

I’m back from Italy and will be teaching classes today, tomorrow and Saturday before heading out again for Theatre Festival.
