Please be advised this evening as you are arriving for classes that you are leaving extra time to find parking. The annual event for back to school is happening in our complex. As this is always quite popular in our community, the parking spaces fill up very fast. There are parking attendants directing people, please let them know you are here for The Center for Martial Arts Excellence and they should help you find the closest space available.

Great news! We are now offering an After School Care Program for Plainview, Christiana, and Barfield Elementary School students. Care is available Monday-Friday until 6pm. We will be doing karate, crafts, games and more! Register at the link below or stop by the office.

Our lesson of the month for July is Fitness.
Part of keeping ourselves fit is moving our bodies every day. You can work on this by participating in our 3000 kicks challenge! Starting this week and running until August 31st, The Center is challenging our students to do 100 kicks a day for 30 days. Ask your instructors how to participate and earn a prize!

Come to Open Mat Night, Friday July 31st at 7pm to work on higher level forms, sparring, weapons, and more!

Fight Night is this Friday at 7pm. Don't miss the opportunity to practice sparring with your karate friends!

That's a wrap for belt testing this week! Our intermediate and advanced students did wonderfully. We truly are so proud of each and every one of you!

Our beginner testing went very well yesterday! We are so proud of everyone and all of their hard work.
