Summer at SFTKD is drawing to a close. What a great time learning, playing, and exercising at summer camp! We had rank testing for taekwondo kids and adults, as well as a very special black belt testing. We introduced more classes in our schedule, hosted a seminar, are gearing up for a Krav Maga test, and Rock Steady is going strong. Whew!
As we prepare for the school year, we'd love to have you join our family! If you're already a student, stay consistent, keep training hard! If you aren't training (kids or adults!), we'd love to hear from you and set up an orientation class. Parents who need after school care: our program has a few spots available. Call to see if we have space at your child's school. We'd love to have you in the family!

Our summer camp kids have stepped up to the weekly fitness challenge in awesome ways! From push-ups to situps to front kicks or squats, they all bring their best. We award the top three scores each week. Here are a few of our winners!! Great job everyone!

Sunday Competition Update:

Emily took Silver in Continuous Fighting
Andrea took GOLD in Continuous Fighting
Jenna earned GOLD in Continuous Fighting
Sam had some great fights and placed 4th in his division.
Jenna and Emily were chosen as part of the 3 person team for the International Team competition (continuous fighting) and the USA women took bronze!

We are so proud of their hard work to prepare for competition, and thankful for great results amd no injuries!
