For the most part classes will remain to the normal schedule except the following:

All kids striking classes and MMA classes will be cancelled this week.

Thursday morning 07/02 and Friday nights class 07/03 will be cancelled and we will be closed on the 4th of July. We will be back to normal schedule the following week!
