We offer classes for all levels, including absolute beginners! Never taken a Pilates Reformer class before? We recommend taking a few Pilates Mat classes first and then taking our complimentary "Pilates Beginner Program" class. After that, you'll be ready to level up to Level 1 Reformer and beyond! πŸ™ŒπŸ’ͺ

If you're a Pilates pro, try one of our more advanced reformer and tower classes, or an apparatus class for a challenging circuit featuring the Wunda chair and more! (this one requires an instructor's approval prior to registration!)

🏊 Swim Level 1 - Beat the fear, learn the basics Want to tackle that fear of the water, or finally check learning to swim off of your to-do list? Come learn to swim in a small group environment with one of our top swim coaches! With instruction geared toward safety and the fundamentals, this class will provide the skills you need to feel comfortable and competent in the water.

🏊 Swim Level 2 - Learn to kick and learn strokes In this class. Instruction from one of our top swim coaches is geared toward building on the fundamentals to explore new strokes and technique. Intended for those comfortable in the water and able to swim one length of the pool yet still having little to no experience with lap swimming as a workout. This is not a class for those who can swim lap after lap, or for those that cannot float or put their heads under the water.

🏊 Swim Level 3 - Before signing up for Masters Swim Team or Full Throttle Endurance, take this class! This advanced class is intended for those swimmers looking to work on their form and technique to increase endurance and efficiency in the water. This class is only open to those swimmers who already have some swimming for exercise or who have the β€œgreen light” from a Chelsea Piers fitness swimming coach or instructor.

Kick off Earth Month with a free yoga class in Brooklyn Bridge Park this Saturday, April 1st! 🌷🌞🌳

You’ll find a fun and light-hearted, mid-intensity flow that will move you seamlessly from Sun Salutation to a final peak pose to help ground you and connect you to the Earth. The class will focus on breath work to ensure you leave feeling challenged, balanced, and inspired. RSVP’s highly encouraged, but walk-ups will be accommodated as space allows. All ages and capabilities welcome.

Treadmill intervals, core work, and vibes ✌️ πŸƒβ™‚οΈ NEW class in Chelsea: Tread Zone

Jog, run, sprint and climb to build cardiovascular endurance and running stamina in this 45-minute running class. This class will challenge your paces, moving between four different zones ranging from easy to max effort sprint. Each class will incorporate a 5-minute warmup off the treadmill, 30-35 minutes of running at various speeds and inclines, and 5-10 minutes of core and flexibility exercises to finish off class!

Did we mention, you’ll use silent disco headphones in class to be able to hear your instructor clearly (and to rock out to some epic playlists while you run!) 🎧 🎢
