Men's Naked Partner Yoga
Mondays at 7:30pm $25

Experience yoga that uses two people to synch breathing, postures, and movements.
You do not require a partner to participate in this class!
Students will be mixed and matched after every few poses.

This class is open to men of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds and experience levels. If you identify as a man and you feel comfortable participating within the spirit of this community, you are welcome, supported and safe at Melrose Yoga. Yoga is for Every Body!
