Learn the skills and techniques necessary to build and teach BARRE classes that are effective, creative, unique, fun and challenging.
Our comprehensive program will cover anatomy and bio-mechanics, innovative class design, musicality and beat recognition, cueing techniques, proper barre alignment, BARRE terminology, sequencing, movement flows and more!
You’ll develop the skills to keep your classes fresh and find your own teaching voice!
Required for certification: Weekend course + 15 hours of self-integration study and practice. No previous teaching experience required.
