🌞 Kids Summer Yoga Camp at Urban Yoga 🌞
Give your child a fun, active, and creative way to spend their summer afternoons! Our kids summer yoga camp meets three days a week from 1:30-3:30pm in the comfort of our cool, non-heated studio

Each day campers will enjoy a mix of
- kid friendly yoga
- mindful movement
-arts & crafts
- games
-confidence building activities

Whether your child is new to yoga or already loves being on the mat, this camp is the perfect place to stay active , make new friends, and have fun while escaping the Arizona heat

Celebrating all father figures!! On Sunday bring your father figure with you to class and they attend for free!

Class Highlight: Flow & Restore w/Lupita! You can catch Lupita teaching this class on Mondays at 7:30pm. Come try out this class for a mixture of standing and grounded yoga

Tomorrow get a little bit of movement mixed with restorative poses with Gabriella at Flow and Restore 7:30pm
