✨The Vagus Nerve(s)✨

It’s been awhile since I’ve updated the movement library, but I just added a walk through of the vagus nerve on YouTube 🫀 (link in bio) - it’s a quick anatomy lesson while walking through some exercises that stimulate this powerhouse of your rest and digest. I felt so much more relaxed after filming this, it really works!

I’m in office through 10/25, and then off to Japan for two weeks so catch my last availability before I leave!

✨Bodyweight Back Massage✨

This may look like an exercise to engage the glutes, or fine tune spinal articulation, but sensationally it can be the most amazing back massage.

With the intention of pressing, massaging the back into the floor as you breathe into the resistance below you the experience of what may look like a bridge variation changes into something else entirely.
