Today we celebrated with an amazing anniversary workout, and even welcomed some new faces trying us out for the first time.
To our current members, past members, drop-ins, and everyone who has ever given us a chance, thank you. You’ve all played a part in getting us here.

Here are our next strength cycle details, which will kick off next week! This will be another 6-week cycle, and a fun change of pace using our standard movements, but with some flare with the rep scheme - going for 3 heavy working sets of 2, with a high-volume lighter-weight finishing set. Bring on the strength gains! ⚒️😤

We’re kicking off the celebration with 4 partner workout classes at:
7AM • 8AM • 9AM • 10AM
And don’t worry, you don’t need to bring a partner.
Come with a friend or come solo. Either way, please let us know you’re coming so we can make sure we don’t overfill the class.
If you’re coming with a specific partner, please book your spots at the same time and let us know who your partner is.
