Free Throws are so much easier once you understand the double down pulse

I’ve seen very few integrate the double down pulse into their ropeflow practice

It’s starts from above..
Not from the floor.
Up down… more down… up 🔂

You gotta be efficient with that bounce if you want to Rave all night 🎛️🍦🎚️

I never would have thought when I picked up the rope in 2020 I’d be here, doing this…

When you know how to organize your body,

Movement becomes EASY,

Confident strength emerges

And expectations of feeling sharper after a workout become the norm.

DB Flow is an infant

It’s been idea I’ve had brewing (life kicked me in the nuts all of 2024- half of 2025).

Changing the way YOU walk in and out of a workout is pretty much my first and last thought when I’m editing a video for the course.

Gym culture, workout hype, and just general fitness is narrowly focused on the physical outcome.

DB Flow is YOU having a moment to just be with THE FORCE. Fully engaged and present. Throwing away the reps and sets, and just focusing on the way you handle tension, and move around it, or through it.

You can always come back to sets and reps, it’s always going to be there. But for those days you need a pick me up workout… and just want to move and shift your head state. This is what I’m aiming to change.

These are reps for changing your perception of what a workout can be for you
