📣 Applications are now open for the Tenant Improvement Program! This program offers financial support to help small businesses upgrade their spaces. We have two packages available:
✨ Sign package (up to $15,000)
✨ Equipment package (up to $50,000)
🥊 Arcaro Boxing, a TI Program awardee, used the funds to purchase an InBody Scanner, a second cable machine, and a new boxing ring. Owner Tricia Arcaro Turton noted that the new equipment will help attract clients focused on general fitness, not just boxing.
