Bendigo Calisthenics Club INC

Bendigo Calisthenics Club is located in Strathdale. Calisthenics is an artistic sport which develops Calisthenics promotes a healthy body and a healthy mind.

Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian artistic sport promoting team work, self confidence and friendship. Calisthenics involves a team of participants learning routines choreographed to music; incorporating elements of dance, gymnastics, singing, acting, ballet, club swinging, rod twisting and performance skills all whilst improving coordination, posture, mobility, balance, strength and flexibility. Being part of a team develops self-discipline, teamwork, commitment, responsibility, self-esteem and lasting friendships. At Bendigo Calisthenics Club We aim to perform as well as we can in our chosen sport, whilst at the same time having a lot of fun and enjoying the wonderful attributes calisthenics has to offer. Our club strives to create the right atmopshere for team members, students, parents and volunteers involved in our Club to grow, improve and perform at their best. Each year we welcome new pupils and families into our friendly club. If you wish to be a part of the wonderful experience calisthenics has to offer, please contact us - everybody is welcome and invited to join our teams!

💗 TRY TINIES IN NOVEMBER! 💗

Is your little one aged 3-6 years and ready to try something new?

Bendigo Calisthenics is excited to introduce our Recreational Tinies program - a fun 4-week introductory program designed especially for little ones who are new to calisthenics!
Through fun, age-appropriate activities, children will develop confidence, coordination, flexibility and teamwork, while getting a taste of what calisthenics is all about. No previous experience is required! 🌟

📅 WHEN: Wednesdays, November 11 - December 2
⏰ TIME: 4:15pm - 5:00pm
📍 WHERE: Strathdale Community Centre, Strathdale
👧 AGES: 3-6 years

💗 TRY 2 CLASSES - NO COMMITMENT!
Not sure if calisthenics is right for your little one?
Come along and try your first 2 classes with absolutely no commitment.
If it’s not for you, simply walk away - you pay nothing! 🙌

If your child loves it and you decide to stay on, the cost is:
$40 for the 4-week program + $40 registration fee
(Registration includes insurance.)
🎉 BONUS: If your child joins Bendigo Calisthenics in 2027, you’ll receive a $20 credit towards your 2027 fees!

👟 WHAT TO BRING
Children can wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely and bring a drink bottle.
No previous calisthenics experience or special skills are required - just come ready to have fun!

👨‍👩‍👧 FOR PARENTS & CARERS
Recreational Tinies is a gentle introduction to calisthenics, designed to help children feel comfortable, have fun and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Parents and carers are welcome to stay and watch the class.
