Sleep is the foundation of a healthy life and so is what you put into your mouth. My usual multigrain toast was replaced with whey pancakes, plumcot jam grown in my orchard, and homemade fresh ricotta...yum!

* 1. The thing is while you are doing the 'thing' to get your child to sleep' you are not allowing them to develop emotional regulation and sleep confidence, independent of you.

Deb worked a miracle with our little 15 month old. I had tried all the baby government settling techniques and also attended a public sleep school (though not recently), but none of the suggested tools made any difference to our baby at all. Deb provided evidence based sleep techniques but with concrete guidance suited to our situation and supported me based on what I felt was the best way to support my baby through this process. We saw dramatic results from the first evening and our baby started sleeping through from the second night and has slept through from the third night since then (and even when she needed to sleep in a portacot when we were travelling). This is after 15 months of spending up to 5 hours trying to get her to sleep with nothing working except vigorous rocking, singing, dancing and then more recently breastfeeding to sleep. And never getting a full nights sleep. Deb continues to offer support and follow up and has also been invaluable to us.
