I know the Emsella machine can be a helpful tool for reducing symptoms of pelvic floor weakness, but it's often a short-term fix.

True, long-term change comes back to the foundations: How you breathe, how you move, and how you hold your posture. These are the drivers of pelvic floor function (or dysfunction), and a machine alone doesn't teach or correct this.

Your pelvic floor also really needs movement. When we become less active, symptoms can actually worsen over time.

Nutrition and life's factors also play a significant role in how your body supports pelvic floor health.

For lasting, sustainable results, a multi-faceted approach is essential. There isn't a single silver bullet.

If you'd like support figuring that out and building a plan that actually works long term, reach out, and I can help you get started.

Canberra winter has arrived. The cold mornings, dark evenings, and frosty starts can make motivation harder to find.

But here's the go. Your health doesn't have a season, your goals don't have a season, and your menopause symptoms don't have a season either.

The things you work hard for in summer still matter in winter. The strength you're building still matters. Your energy matters now, even more so.

In fact, winter is often when real growth happens. Not because motivation is high, but because you keep showing up when it's low.

A few tips that can help:

✅️ Lay your training clothes and water bottle out the night before

✅️ Focus on just showing up rather than having the perfect workout

✅️ Focus on your reasons why. How do you want to feel in 3 months when spring arrives.

Keep showing up. Your future self will thank you.

Our Murramarang Coastal walk was nothing short of exceptional.

This weekend was the biggest reminder of what truly matters, its connection.

Over the course of three days, there was an abundance of pisitivity, kindness, care, support, and genuine friendship. There were heaps of laughter, sharing stories, sharing challenges, and simply being present. 🍃

We walked through some of the most breathtaking scenery on the South Coast. We swam in the ocean under the moonlight, practised yoga on the beach, shared meals, slept in tents, traded our snacks for water (it was survival at that point) 😀 and embraced every part of the adventure.

To the women who came along, thank you for your openness, your humour, and your willingness to be part of something special.

A big shout out to for being the organiser of our event. You were amazing from start to finish, and we appreciate you heaps 😘

I am also incredibly grateful for every woman who is part of FoxFit. Together, you've created something far bigger than exercise classes. You've created a place of belonging.

My heart is full, my energy is high, and I already can't wait for the next adventure.

Where do we even start with this legend..

The absolute pocket rocket of the class, she can't be beaten in a sprint 🔥

Juz brings lots of fun, energy, and connection into our community. She's warm, funny, and caring. The kind of person who makes others feel welcomed, included, and comfortable the moment they walk through the door. Juz is a true friend to many.

Your community spirit never goes unnoticed, Juz. We are very grateful to have you as part of the foxfit community. 🫶🦊

The Fox Fitters were out last weekend doing a 10km walk with loaded backpacks in preparation for the Murramarang walk next long weekend. 🍃

There's something pretty powerful about a group of women walking side by side through nature, supporting one another, laughing, breathing, talking, reflecting, and simply being together.

In a world where women are silently carrying stress, overwhelm, hormonal shifts, family pressures, and the weight of life, connection matters more than ever. Community matters. Feeling seen matters.

We are wired for connection, for belonging, for shared experiences, and meaningful conversations.

We are all super excited for the Murramarang adventure and everything it will bring..connection, challenge, nature, fun, and memories together. ☀️

Look at every new session as an opportunity to do just a bit better than the last one, and your strength and fitness will improve.

Add in an extra rep, an extra round. Add a little more weight, and work on increasing your intensity slightly. Every bit counts to moving you forward with your strength and fitness goals 💪

I can give you all the best tools with nutrition, movement, and lifestyle to support you with your weight loss goals or to reduce your menopause symptoms for example but we also need to look at your emotional health too.

So much of what we do or don't do is driven by how we feel, especially when it comes to intake. It's incredibly common for midlife women to turn to food or drink as a way to numb stress, sadness, overwhelm, loneliness, or emotions we haven't had space to process.

I'm currently offering FREE mentoring sessions with no strings attached for Canberra women wanting support with their health, mindset, and well-being. Sessions are online.

PM me for details 💛🍃
