Unfortunately, our Monday and Wednesday afternoon yoga classes won’t be running until we can find a new yoga instructor. We know how much these sessions were loved, and we’re currently working on bringing in a new yoga instructor to get them back on the schedule as soon as possible 🧘‍♀️

✨ Meet Our New Yoga Instructor: Gen! ✨

We’re thrilled to welcome Genevieve to our AF fam! Gen will be guiding you through classes designed for all levels, abilities, and bodies.

With over 20 years of personal practice and more than a year teaching, Gen knows firsthand how yoga can strengthen, heal, and empower. She brings a balance of mindful, slow movement and energizing body-weight sequences to build resilience, confidence, and strength- a little bit of everything!

Off the mat, Gen works in the university sector focusing on anti-slavery, ESG, and Indigenous procurement, and at home, she’s kept on her toes by her 35kg “puppy” Moose.

Come along and experience a class that supports your body, challenges your mind, and lifts your spirit.
