It's Sunday, so today's challenge is the best use of using your fitness outside the gym - in the real word, using your functional fitness!
This could include simple things like actual exercise - a run, long walk, mountain climb, bike ride, etc. or real-life moments - mowing the lawns, Christmas shopping, renovating, etc
We will need proof! Send us a picture of what you've done, share it on socials and tag us and/or log it in we will be choosing the winner at the end of the day π

Hey you! Yes you! We've heard your youngin' wants to be entertained (worn out π) between 4-5pm either on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday (*age dependent)
We run Kids, Junior Teens and Senior teens classes.
We run through the fundamentals of fitness and teach them valuable and usable life skills.
We teach them kids a high variety of movements from body weight exercises to basic weightlifting.πββοΈ
We also do cardio and gymnastics in many forms πββοΈ
They will love it! π
They will learn body awareness, how to move safely and how to enjoy fitness all at once!

We are so excited to have a new puppy right next door at Blue Lake CrossFit! Adam has welcomed Miles into his family, how cute is he!! A 10 week old wolfhound dalmation cross, this little guy is going to be a big boy!
Right now he is full of energy and love and busy running alongside the Cross Fit team or snoozing in his bed, Joss had him under control for about 2 seconds for a picture π

Jamie headed over to Spain, yes SPAIN for a competition ( Wodcelona ) on the weekend that she qualified for earlier in the year.
All her hard work paying off with a 3rd place finish in her Adaptive Neuromuscular division.
Jamie had 6 workouts to do over 3 days and was consistent throughout and even took home an event win in WOD5 on her last day π€©
