Our classes involve games (for the kids), small weights with barbells and/or dumbbells, learning technique and how to move our body through functional movement, whilst getting a sweat in during a fun workout.
We also teach basic gymnastics like pull ups, wall walks, handstands and work on the rings. 🀸

Kids 6-9 years
Monday - 4:15 - 5:00

Junior Teens 10-12 years
Tuesday - 4:00 - 5:00
