Treat yourself this Mother’s Day - Yin Yoga at REVL ✨

A 60 minute floor based session, targeting deep tissues through long-held, passive poses, allowing the body to safely release tension.

Held every second Sunday at 9:10am. Casual passes available via the REVL training app for non-members. Please bring a mat to practice on and we will see you there!

Wednesday morning in studio @ REVL Training Mt Gambier

Monday, Wednesday and Friday sees 2 seperate resistance sessions run side by side.

PERFORM LOWER

Built around strength progression, this session is structured around a Back or Front squat, with remaining accessories distributing load across a variety of lower body movement patterns.

MOVE TOTAL

A total body session, opening with Bench Press as the key movement pattern on a Wednesday and progressing through total body work with higher reps and erg-based efforts.

No matter your goals, strength or experience in the gym, the REVL programming covers all bases. Our knowledgeable coaches will tailor the session to meet you where you’re at, support and challenge you.
