One of the biggest mistakes we see?
Letting the dumbbell arc way out in front instead of travelling straight up.

Think:
โฌ†๏ธ Keep it close
โฌ†๏ธ Hips drive first
โฌ†๏ธ Punch straight overhead
โฌ†๏ธ Fast elbows
โฌ†๏ธ Strong lockout
โฌ†๏ธ Power from the legs, not the arms
