Saturday: sunshine and a savage workout followed by being weightless in the treetops.
Big weekend for the Hijacked tribe! Started Saturday off with an epic workout; the kind that leaves you salty, smiling, and proud you showed up! 💪🏼
Then we back it up with what is basically a solid workout high above the trees. We swapped the barbell for the treetops, gliding through the forest at like big kids! 🍃🧗♂️
Basically trained and played our way through the whole weekend. Recovery? Never heard of her. Hijacked socials weekends? We love him 👌🏼

Hello, I'm Ashlee, a passionate exercise scientist with an Honours and Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Level 1
CrossFit coach who has been coaching since 2012. l've also attained Certificate Ill and IV in Fitness, and am trained in first aid. These qualifications provide a solid foundation for my role, guiding others on their fitness journey. I have a love for the dynamic world of CrossFit; it's a blend of fun, functionality, and challenges that engages me!
CrossFit enhances my physical strength, contributing to holistic health, improving both neurological and metabolic adaptations. It prepares me for life's tasks!
Being part of the CrossFit Hijacked community is special. It's filled with encouraging, fun-loving individuals making every workout enjoyable. With motivation and support, it's easy to stay consistent.
My coaching journey at CF Hijacked has been rewarding. Witnessing individuals evolve in fitness, enhancing their form and athleticism, and seeing someone grasp a new skill is indescribable.
Outside CrossFit, my interests include human movement, biomechanics, and posture. I spend time on research and podcasts about human physiology. When not training or coaching, I'm hiking, playing guitar, exploring the world of HP, or at Baked Culture
