What an incredible milestone 🙌 OVER 450 💣💣💣
These amazing women have each now completed over 450 sessions in the studio… and that is something truly worth celebrating.
This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about resilience, consistency, and persistence. It’s about showing up again and again, even when life is busy, demanding, and full.
They’re all mums. They all have jobs, responsibilities, and a lot on their plates… yet they still make time to show up for themselves. And that’s what makes this so powerful.
They set the standard. They inspire everyone around them. And they remind us what’s possible when you commit and keep going.
We genuinely look up to you ladies. You’re strong, inspiring, and just all-round incredible women.
And on a personal note… I absolutely love having you in the studio every week 😉you guys are part of the furniture. 💕
