When I started this journey, my goal was never just to create a place for children to spend their day.

My goal was to create a space where children could feel seen.

A space where they could build confidence.

Develop friendships.

Learn mindfulness.

Move their bodies.

Laugh.

Have fun.

And most importantly, feel like they belong.

Days like today remind me that we are doing so much more than running programs.

We are helping create memories, build connections, and support children as they grow into the best version of themselves.

To every family that trusts us with their children, thank you.

The studio.
The programs.
The growth of Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids.

What they don’t always see are the people standing beside you, believing in you every step of the way.

After we renewed our vows at , Rich shared some words that reminded me how much having someone believe in you truly matters.

Building a business isn’t always easy. There are risks, challenges, long days, and moments when you question yourself.

Having someone who believes in you, even during those moments, can make all the difference.

I’m grateful for everything we’ve built together over the past 15 years, and for the support, encouragement, and belief that helped make so much of it possible.

A drive-through vow renewal wasn’t on our 2026 bingo card.

If you’ve followed us for a while, you know that renewing our vows every five years has become a tradition for us.

As our 15th anniversary approached, we started looking for a unique way to celebrate.

When we connected with the ladies at , we learned that couples often use the kiosk as part of their wedding experience, stepping out of their vehicle for the ceremony.

But we had a different idea.

We asked, “What if we never got out of our car?”

One conversation led to another, a few laughs were shared, and before we knew it, a completely new experience was born.

Last Thursday, we renewed our vows from the comfort of our Mini.

Short.

Sweet.

A little unconventional.

And completely us.

Fifteen years later, we’re still choosing each other.

Still finding ways to keep life interesting.

And still creating memories that we’ll be laughing about for years to come.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at for embracing our idea and helping make it happen.

Happy 24th Birthday to our Mr. Jacob.

For those of you who may not know, the same Mr. Jacob many of your children know at Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids is also my son. Today we are celebrating his 24th birthday… and being born on May 24 makes it his champagne birthday.

Watching him grow from the little boy in these photos to the young man he is today has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

Many of you know Jacob through camps, birthday parties, after school programs, special events, puppy yoga sessions, and everyday life at the studio. Over the years, he has become such an important part of everything we do and someone so many children genuinely look forward to seeing each week.

Whether he’s helping children build confidence during suspension yoga, making kids laugh during camp days, supporting events behind the scenes, helping families, or simply being a calm and caring presence, he gives so much of himself to the children and families around him.

Jacob, we are beyond proud of the young man you have become. Your patience, kindness, work ethic, and the way you connect with children does not go unnoticed.
