For 12 years now, people have gathered with me on Burlington Beach under the full moon 🌕

And honestly?
What started as yoga slowly became something much deeper.

A summer ritual.
A community tradition.
A night people return to year after year.

Sunset on the beach.
Movement.
Reflection.
Breathing deeper.
Letting go of what no longer belongs.
A sound bath under the moonlight.
Staying afterward talking on the sand.

It’s always been one of the most meaningful experiences I offer because it reminds people to pause and actually FEEL summer again.
