New Scotland Strength

Strength Challenge this past weekend at was a hell of a fun competition!!

The Young Bloods crushed it!! These kids are STRONG and will be a force to reckon with in the strongman world! 💥💥💥

had an incredible comeback performance 👏

gidman won his first competition with a very dominant showing 🏆

pulled a 727 lbs deadlift PR with some in the tank (we'll see more at OSG in a few weeks!) 💪

I was extremely pleased to pull 600 lbs with no issues after coming off a few back tweaks...And I got to look cool doing it 🦸‍♂️

SCC Nationals 2025 is a wrap. I'd be lying if I said that I was satisfied with 5th place, but I am happy with my efforts in a highly competitive class and I will continue to work and come back better! I took a few risks that ended up costing me points, but I'm proud that I put it all on the line and stayed in the fight. I'm nothing but impressed with and happy for .patfield on their podium spots and I can't wait to do battle again ⚔️

Nova Scotia's Strongest 2025 was a fun one!! The New Scotland Strength team grabbed some medals, trophies, PRs, and punched our tickets to Atlantics.
