You don’t need an EXTRA LONG rope! 🙌🏻
Honestly, one of the most frequent DMs I get is where I found my long speed rope because “all the ropes in the gym are too short”…
Now, first: I got my EVO G2 rope from - with the longest available cable (9’4”).
But after talking to , he challenged me to try a shorter rope… and hey, you know I’m always up for a good challenge.
So, I pulled out all the rope at from their Gym Package and put them to test:

As a tall CrossFitter, you don’t need a longer rope. You need to get better at Double Unders.
