Learn the method. Lead the room. 🖤

The RIO Method™ Mat Certification is your opportunity to learn the method from the inside out, and develop the skills, confidence, and presence to lead it yourself.

This isn’t just about learning exercises. You will explore how music, movement, intentional sequencing, and coaching come together to create an experience that is distinctly R.

Our next training is coming up this fall. 🎉

INSIDE R ⚡️
📍RINSE

Slow it down. Heat it up.

RINSE is where heat meets recovery. Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, The Rio Method™️, and movement designed to build strength, create space, and bring a little balance to your week.

And upstairs? A recovery room with an infrared sauna + cold plunge for when your body is asking for something a little different.

Come for the heat. Stay for the reset.🖤

Hot Strength hits different. 🔥

Strength-based movement, an intentionally heated room, and instructors who know when you’ve got a little more in you.

Modify when you need to. Challenge yourself when you can. And maybe, just maybe, reach for the heavier weights.

Hot Strength is exclusively at R Bedford.

It is never just about the bike.

It is the instructor who knows exactly when to push you.
The music that pulls you in.
The room moving together.
The feeling you leave with.

We have spent the last few weeks refining our Ride experience with new programming, elevated classes, and fresh energy on the schedule.

Come feel the difference. 🎶💪🏽🚲
