Most people think aging is the problem.
It’s not.
Losing strength is.
What you’re seeing here isn’t luck.
It’s not genetics.
It’s training.
Strength changes how you age.
How you move.
How you feel.
How long you stay independent.
Start now.
Your future self is built today.
Comparison visual is illustrative. Our members are real.

Most people stop their squat right where it starts to get hard. That's not a weight problem. That's a range of motion problem.
Full range of motion is how your muscles learn to fire completely, build strength evenly, and stay resilient through years of training, not just months. Cut the range, and you're leaving most of the benefit on the table.
At powerhaus, coaches cue depth and mechanics before they ever talk about adding weight. Every adjustment, every correction exists for one reason: to make your movement work for you long-term.
💬 Where do you feel the most restricted — hips, ankles, or somewhere else? Let us know.

A huge shout out to our amazing members and trainers who took on HYROX 2026.
You trained with dedication, embraced a new challenge, and gave it everything you had. Watching you step outside your comfort zone and represent the Powerhaus community made us incredibly proud.
Congratulations to each and every one of you. Your hard work, determination, and courage are truly inspiring.
Now the big question… should we put together a Powerhaus team for next year? Drop a 👍 if you’d love to be part of it!

Nobody's going to lie to you. Strength training takes time.
You won't see dramatic changes in two weeks and the scale might not move the way you expect.
But here's what nobody talks about: that time is passing regardless. In six months you'll either be six months into building something that lasts, or not.
That’s really the whole point.

GLP-1 medications are changing lives.
But there’s an important piece of the conversation that often gets overlooked: muscle loss.
When weight comes off quickly, it’s rarely just fat.
Your body looses muscle too, and that matters more than most people realize.
Muscle is what helps keep your metabolism working, your body strong, and your results sustainable.
So if you’re using a GLP-1 medication, the goal isn’t just weight loss.
It’s protecting the muscle that supports how you feel and function long term.
Here’s how to do that:
💪 Strength train 2–4x per week
Focus on resistance training that challenges your muscles and progresses over time
🥩 Prioritize protein
Aim to include it at every meal to support muscle preservation
⚖️ Avoid extreme calorie cuts
The medication already reduces appetite, you don’t need to push it further
📈 Track more than just weight
Body composition matters more than the number on the scale
At Powerhaus, this is exactly what we focus on:
* Strength training designed to preserve and build muscle
* Coaching that supports long-term metabolism and performance
* InBody scans to track real progress, not just weight loss
Because sustainable results come from building the body underneath the weight loss.
Save this for yourself or share it with someone navigating GLP-1 treatment.
And if you’re wondering how strength training fits into your plan, we’re here to help.
