Salsa Colada is more than a dance studio; it is a feeling. We blend Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, and Salsa Caleña into fun, dynamic classes.

We offer three levels for women and couples’ classes, creating confidence, connection, and joyful movement. Have you ever judged a dance by its reputation? 😏

Fun fact: Bachata was once considered "music of the poor" in the Dominican Republic. It was looked down on, wasn't welcome in many high-society venues, and struggled to get radio play.

Fast forward to today... people are flying across the world to learn it. Funny how things change. 💃

This is one of my favorite parts of teaching. You don't just learn the steps. You learn the stories, the culture, and those random facts that make you go, "Wait... WHAT?!"

Because let's be honest, if I'm teaching you to dance, you're also getting a history lesson you didn't ask for. 😂

Our classes are full of laughs, great music, and little nuggets of knowledge that make every song mean a little more.

If Salsa Colada is judging this contest, the only scorecard metric that matters is who is having the absolute most fun, because technique with no fun just doesn't rhyme!

Here is your friendly reminder that you can (and absolutely should) secretly enter your friends into the contest.

They don't even have to know until they're out on the floor, and honestly, that's where the real fun begins.

The Bailetón is open to everyone, whether you love dancing or just want to shake it out. Every registration helps support Latinos en Regina, an incredible non-profit association working hard behind the scenes to create more events and bring our community together.
