Don’t put us in a box 💃🔥
We are not one thing.
We are not the other.
We are also not here to make your labels easier.

We are movement, expression, power, joy, storytelling and a little bit of “wait what just happened.”

At Salsa Colada, every performance has its own personality. We just show up and let the music decide who we are that day.
We are Salsa Colada. So grab a chair and keep watching 👀

Here's a version that incorporates that message while keeping it positive and celebratory:

Diabla Team Day 1 was awesome! We danced, we sweated, we danced some more, and then we rewarded ourselves with beef tacos. 🌮🔥
Now, the real question: were those tacos actually that delicious, or did they just taste better because we danced our hearts out? The world may never know. 😂

And a little reminder: just because our dances aren't traditional folk dances doesn't mean they aren't cultural. Culture is more than folklórico. Culture is joy. Culture is connection. Culture is celebration, music, laughter, friendship, and the way we bring people together through dance.
Today, we did all of that—and had a blast doing it. ❤️💃

See you tomorrow for more dancing, more fun, and probably more tacos.

Day one with the Diosa team at Latino Pavilion was such an amazing experience! We loved every minute of it. From sharing our culture through dance to connecting with the audience, every moment was filled with energy, laughter, and joy.

Fun fact: We absolutely loved dancing on the floor instead of the stage because it allowed us to feel a real connection with the guests. Being so close to everyone made the experience even more special and reminded us why we love performing so much.

The goddesses definitely know how to have fun! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us. We can't wait to do it all again! 💃✨❤️

Revenge body? Cute.
But have you tried revenge YOU? 💃🔥

The version of you that walks into dance class stronger, louder, happier, and slightly less out of breath than last month.

The version of you that stops trying to impress everyone else and finally starts impressing the person in the mirror.

At Burn and Learn, we are not chasing perfection.
We are chasing confidence.
We are chasing energy.
We are chasing the moment your knees stop sounding like maracas when you squat. 😂

Be better than yesterday.
Feel better in your body now than you did years ago.
Celebrate every tiny win because those tiny wins turn into confidence, strength, and accidental mirror selfies.

And if your revenge era happens to include better spins, stronger hips, and a dramatic hair flip, even better. ✨

Come dance with us. New faces and drop ins are always welcome.

When Choreography Meets Gravity 🤦‍♀️💃

Most people learn from their mistakes.

We are not most people.

After this happened, we looked at each other and said, "Maybe we should try it again on concrete."

So we did.

With remarkably similar results. 😅

Scientists call this repeating an experiment to confirm the findings. We call it dedication to the art.

Special thanks to Amy for once again refusing to let me become a permanent part of Regina's infrastructure. ❤️

The lift was confident.
The dancers were confident.
Gravity was more confident.

No dancers were hurt in the making of this video.
Concrete remains undefeated.
