⭐️ Meet BELLE BROWN-MCEWEN 💖🪩🌊

⭐️ Belle has been dancing with FadaDance since 2007 and began teaching in 2014. In 2016, she began supporting FadaDance Management behind-the-scenes, where she gets to help solve puzzles and nerd out on “Business Time” 🧩💻

⭐️ Rooted in the prairies, Belle’s artistic practice fuses contemporary dance, improvisation, and theatre. Her choreography has been described as intentional, emotive, and precise 🌾

⭐️ Belle often draws creative inspiration from nature, landscapes, and the human experience. She also credits her longtime mentors Misty, Heather, and Fran, whose commitment to community and nurturing emerging dance artists continues to shape her journey within a long continuum of FadaDancers 👣

⭐️ One of Belle’s favourite Fada memories takes her all the way back to 2007, when she saw a group of peers perform at Pepsi Park. The castanets. The flowing red skirts. The dynamic music. Belle leaned over to her mom and said, “I need to do this.” The rest is Fada history… ❤️

⭐️ We’re so pleased to have Belle continuing to teach and contribute to the FadaDance community throughout the 2026/27 season! 🌟

⭐️ Meet ELIANNA HAY 🌺✨🌒

⭐️ Elianna has been part of the FadaDance community for 18 years! She’s heading into her third year teaching Tech classes and her third year as a member of the FADADANCETROUPE Emerging Company 🥳

⭐️ Describing her movement as flowing, fluid, and grounded, Elianna brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her creative work. Whether she’s dancing or choreographing, she loves exploring the small details that bring movement to life 🌊

⭐️ Elianna is especially proud of the choreography she has created as a dance teacher and through her Emerging Company pieces, continuing to develop her own artistic voice while creating work for others 👩‍🎨

⭐️ Nature is a big source of inspiration for Elianna, along with the many incredible teachers who have supported and influenced her throughout her dance journey 🌿

⭐️ One of Elianna’s favourite FadaDance memories is her first Youth Company show, Get on the Bus, where dancers performed site-specific pieces at various locations around Regina. The experience of bringing dance into different spaces made it a memorable beginning to her time with the Youth Company 🚌

⭐️  We’re so excited to have Elianna back teaching Tech this season, bringing her grounded and detail-oriented approach to help dancers build strength, precision, and confidence 🙌

⭐️ Meet BEA WOLBAUM 🤍⭐️🎶

⭐️ Bea has been part of the FadaDance community for 13 years, beginning her dance journey at Fada when she was just three years old! Now, after growing up in the studio, she’s stepping into her first year of teaching 🤩

⭐️ Describing herself as passionate, meaningful, and emotion-filled, Bea brings a strong sense of feeling and intention into her movement. Music is what gets her into the creative spirit 🎶

⭐️ One of the things Bea is most proud of is growing from a student into a Teacher Assistant and now an instructor, giving her the opportunity to inspire and teach younger dancers. It’s a special full-circle moment! ⭕️

⭐️ Bea fondly looks back on her first performance with the FADADANCETROUPE Youth Company. After months of hard work, getting to perform alongside older dancers she admired and watching everything come together on stage made the experience especially meaningful ✨

⭐️ We’re so excited to have Bea start her teaching journey with the Wee Folk this 2026/27 season 🌟

⭐️ Meet ANNA WOODWARD ⭐️🕺🌅

⭐️ Anna has been part of the FadaDance community for 16 years! After dancing with Fada for many years, she’s heading into her third year of teaching after recently returning from a year away studying dance at York University 📚

⭐️ Describing her movement style as strong, graceful, grounded, and natural, Anna is deeply inspired by music. Lately, she’s been loving upbeat, energetic music that fuels her creativity 🎶

⭐️ Anna is incredibly proud of her four years as part of the National Ballet School’s Youth Collective, where she helped plan and facilitate workshops around the province. This experience gave her the opportunity to share her love of dance and connect with new communities 🫶

⭐️ One of Anna’s favourite FadaDance memories is working alongside close friends on ZESEA for FADADANCETROUPE’s “Rhythm Dust” 💥

⭐️ We’re so glad to have Anna back in the studio and sharing her passion for dance with many of our young dancers throughout the 2026/27 season 🌟

⭐️ Meet MEMPHIS SHANNON 🌙🐞🌊

⭐️ This past season marked Memphis’ first year teaching at FadaDance! Having been part of the FadaDance community since 2010, stepping into the role of teacher was an exciting new chapter in her dance journey 📖

⭐️ Describing her movement style as expressive, fluid, and passionate, Memphis loves exploring the connection between music and movement. Music sparks her creativity and inspires meaningful artistic expression 🎶

⭐️ Memphis is incredibly proud of the community and lifelong relationships she’s built through FadaDance, as well as the many artistic experiences the studio has offered her over the years ♾️

⭐️ One of Memphis’ favourite recent memories was choreographing her first piece alongside a fellow FadaDancer for the FADADANCETROUPE wŏol’ɡaTH(Ə)riNG/ show. Watching the piece come to life and sharing it with an audience was an unforgettable milestone in her creative journey ✨

⭐️ We can’t wait to see how Memphis continues to inspire our young dancers through her love of music and movement throughout the 2026/27 season 🌟

⭐️ Meet SUKI KEMBEL 🌞😙🙌 

⭐️ Suki has been part of the FadaDance family since she was just three years old, beginning her journey as a young dancer in 2010. After growing through the studio as a Teacher Assistant from 2021–2023, she stepped into the role of teacher and has loved sharing her passion for dance with the next generation of FadaDancers ♾️

⭐️ Describing her style as expressive, bold, and dynamic, Suki loves using movement as a way to connect and communicate. Dance is both a creative outlet and a place where she can find freedom, relief, and a deeper connection to music ⚡️

⭐️ Suki is incredibly proud of the friendships and community she has built through FadaDance over the years. She feels grateful for the opportunity to support and inspire younger dancers in the same way her own teachers inspired her, and for the many ways FadaDance has helped shape who she is today 🫶

⭐️ One of Suki’s favourite FadaDance memories is performing at FADADANCETROUPE parties, dressing up for costume contests, and being surrounded by a joyful and supportive community. Those moments capture the magic of what makes this studio feel like home 🏡

⭐️ We can’t wait to see Suki continue to challenge, inspire, and share her dynamic artistry with our youth dancers throughout the 2026/27 season 🌟
