Dear FightFit members and friends,

With Canada celebrating its 159th birthday on Wednesday, July 1, 2026-marking the anniversary of the 1867 Confederation that united the colonies into a single dominion-I am now offering a batch of 159 sessions for the low price of $27 a session (before tax) to help celebrate.

A person or member can buy as many or as little sessions at this price, but once these 159 total sessions are sold, the sale is over. Hurry now and purchase online or at FightFit (cash only in person, please) When buying at FightFit on the site-if there is a problem at the packages screen online, simply press the previous button, click one on one and then the next button. All the packages should appear.

Another Monday is here and most of us feel... ughhh. Remember, even the fittest of athletes feel off in training routines and schedules but the important thing is to keep doing it. That workout you miss is the one you don't get back.

So people can't buy a Popeye Candy Cigarette because they're now called "Candy Sticks" and God forbid kids see a "candy cigarette" However, it's okay to v**e enormous plumes of sickening flavoured smoke (about the equivalent of 100 ci******es daily for the average under-25 person)? And how many flavors are there of v**e products? Wake up !

Secondly, if you can't purchase that many sessions, I've dropped the price on regular sessions to $27 per session (tax included) for the same 18 days. This sale starts now and will end on holiday Monday, the 18th, at midnight. FightFit will also be closed this Saturday, the 16th, until Tuesday, the 19th

FightFit's May schedule opens TODAY at 11AM

Dear FightFit members and friends,

My apologies as I lost track of time this month but the new online schedule for May will be available to book sessions TODAY at 11AM! Plus, if you have trouble remembering your log-in username or password, please email myself at [email protected] and I can correct it from my end for you.

Finally, the schedule is constantly changing and people do cancel their appointments and reschedule. This enables anyone to book an appointment online within 30 minutes of a scheduled opening. You do have 2 hours to cancel an appointment online but please shoot me an email or a quick call if you are unable to cancel online and are still scheduled.
