Please welcome our new yoga teacher, Trinity, to BoMiSo Yoga Studio🥳


Hi, I’m Trinity.

This year, I completed a Yoga Alliance–recognised teacher training course in Thailand. I’ve always had a passion for keeping my body active and flexible. As a dancer throughout most of my childhood, movement was a huge part of my life. When I stopped dancing, I really missed not only the physical aspect but also the sense of balance and wellbeing it brought.

Maintaining flexibility and strength has such a positive impact on both the mind and emotions, which is what drew me to yoga. I’m now focused on deepening my practice, continuing my yoga education, and working towards becoming a qualified personal trainer.

✨️My style of yoga is Ashtanga and Flow. It can be challenging at times, but everything can be modified to suit all levels, so everyone feels comfortable and supported in their practice.

✨️My goal is to combine yoga with personal training and weight training, using it as a foundation to build a strong, balanced, and flexible bodies so everyone can be the best version of themselves.
